Stephen Hester

Owner & Founder

Stephen Hester, founder of Regenschirm Training & Consulting, is a 24-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and Army whose career spans submarine qualification, the Army’s Prime Power Program, and leadership in the electrical industry. After serving as a Project Manager and Training Director, he founded Regenschirm to share his expertise in electrical safety, maintenance, and workforce development. His memberships in organizations such as IEEE, NFPA, and ASTM reflect his ongoing commitment to advancing safety standards and empowering professionals through practical, experience-based training.
